Field Service Technician – Power Generation

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Field Service Technician - Power Generation for a full-time, on-site position in the United States. The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance on generators and power systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Execute start-ups, commissioning, and operational testing of new or reconditioned equipment
• Diagnose and repair generator failures, including mechanical, electrical, and control system components
• Document service activities and equipment condition in detail for customer records
• Coordinate field visits with customers and dispatch teams to prioritize urgent service needs

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with generators, engines, or comparable power equipment
• Ability to read technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and work safely around electrical systems
• Valid driver's license and comfort traveling to customer sites within your region
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills in a customer-facing environment
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate field service tools
