The role of an Office and Events Working Student involves making our office a place people love to work from. You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting events and offsites that bring the team together and enable great collaboration.

Responsibilities

• No two days are alike, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
• Coordinate and manage facility services
• Support the planning and preparation of team events and offsites
• Welcome and assist guests as our first point of contact

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an academic program or recent graduate with a background in business, event management, or related field
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and guests
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
