About This Position

National Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Surg Tech - Operating Room (OR) to join our team. The anticipated start date for this position is August 17, 2026, with an assignment duration of 13 weeks at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital in Wenatchee, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation and setup of operating rooms (ORs) for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons during surgeries by passing instruments and supplies as needed
• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and draping them appropriately
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly before and after procedures
• Adhere to sterile techniques and maintain a clean and organized OR environment
• Assist in the post-operative care of patients as needed

What You Bring

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a Surg Tech or in a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
• Prioritization and multitasking abilities are essential for this role
