Role Overview
At ARQ, a rapidly growing fintech company, we are seeking a talented Software Engineer with Java expertise to join our dynamic team. As part of the backend development group, you will contribute significantly to the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems that support our innovative financial services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Java 25 and Spring Boot.
- Create REST APIs and microservices to power our fintech solutions.
- Evolving existing critical systems such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in backend development with fluency in Java.
