The Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Attendants to join our team at Right at Home San Marcos. This is a full-time position with immediate placements available for those who can start working as soon as possible on Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and grooming activities
- Aid in dressing and ensuring cleanliness and dryness
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals as needed
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. A background in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of providing excellent care to clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driver's license with the ability to drive a personal vehicle (company will not provide transportation)
- MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE.
