About the Role
As a Personal Care Attendant with DON Services, you'll provide hands-on care and support that enables individuals with disabilities to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Working directly with clients, you'll be an essential part of their daily routine and wellbeing.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, and haircare
- Help clients with dressing, undressing, and selecting appropriate clothing
- Prepare meals and provide mealtime assistance
- Support mobility and movement throughout the home
- Maintain safe, clean living spaces through light housekeeping tasks
- Provide friendly companionship and encouragement during daily activities
- Help with errands and light household management as assigned
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients' families about care and any concerns

- Physical ability to assist with personal care and light mobility support
- Good communication skills and attention to detail in care documentation

- High school diploma or equivalent a plus; relevant caregiving experience helpful
