Position Summary

The Senior People Partner serves as a trusted advisor who connects business goals with people practices. In this Full Time Austin-based position you will diagnose team needs, design practical solutions, and guide managers through complex workforce situations so the company can scale thoughtfully while supporting every employee.

Your Responsibilities

• Consult with department leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy so teams stay aligned with company priorities.
• Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance conversations, and conflict resolution using fair, consistent approaches.
• Lead end-to-end talent review and succession planning discussions that identify high-potential colleagues and close critical skill gaps.
• Partner on performance management cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes that drive accountability and growth.
• Analyze people data and engagement insights to recommend targeted interventions that strengthen culture and retention.
• Facilitate change initiatives, policy rollouts, and communication plans that help employees navigate transitions smoothly.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, learning, and total rewards colleagues to deliver integrated people programs.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated depth as a people partner or HR business partner advising leaders at a senior level.
• Strong consultative and facilitation skills that build trust quickly with executives and individual contributors alike.
• Working knowledge of employment regulations, progressive discipline practices, and equitable decision frameworks.
• Comfort interpreting people metrics and translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Experience guiding managers through organizational change, restructuring, or rapid growth situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication plus the ability to influence without formal authority.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about how people systems drive business results.
