Core Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science, health-related, or comparable discipline; advanced degree or equivalent professional background is typical for this level.
- Substantial progressive experience in clinical operations leadership focused on US trials, including multi-study portfolio responsibility.
- Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP principles, FDA requirements, and end-to-end clinical trial processes in the United States.
- Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and retaining clinical operations teams in remote or distributed settings.
- Proven project management, vendor oversight, and budget accountability skills within clinical research environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with sites, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
