This Field Sales Representative-Organic health food (2 yrs-Senior) assignment in The Rocks, Sydney carries a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 complemented by generous performance bonuses and focuses on building sales momentum for innovative organic ranges.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily field sales activities targeting retailers and health food outlets across greater Sydney including The Rocks
• Educate customers on the benefits of organic health food and superfood-derived products to generate new business and expand existing wholesale accounts
• Negotiate orders, secure product placement and foster consistent availability with retail and wholesale partners
• Track personal sales performance against targets and deliver clear progress updates to managers
• Spot market trends and competitor movements so strategies can be refined and fresh opportunities captured
• Cultivate lasting professional relationships that underpin steady revenue growth for the organic range

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record of at least two years of progressive field sales experience at senior level, ideally within food, FMCG or health-related categories
• Self-starter mindset with the capacity to manage an assigned territory independently around The Rocks, Sydney
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for persuading buyers and presenting clear value propositions
• Genuine interest in organic and healthy food products and eagerness to deepen product knowledge
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle essential for covering customer and business appointments
• Results-focused approach paired with accurate record-keeping and reporting habits
