Core Duties

• Greet members in person and by phone or email, providing prompt, friendly assistance with questions about membership status, benefits, and available resources
• Process new member enrollments, renewals, updates, and related documentation accurately while explaining relevant details clearly
• Listen to member concerns, investigate issues thoroughly, and resolve them or escalate when needed to ensure satisfactory outcomes
• Maintain organized member records and databases, ensuring information remains current and confidential
• Collect and share member feedback with the team to support continuous improvements in service delivery
• Support daily operations by preparing materials, coordinating simple logistics for member activities, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with teammates to cover coverage needs and promote consistent, high-quality experiences across all touchpoints
