Your Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized assistance with personal care, mealtime routines, household tasks, and community outings that build practical life skills
• Carry out behavior intervention plans under supervision, applying RBT protocols consistently and ethically during all shifts
• Observe individuals throughout daily activities, record precise behavioral data, and share clear observations with the clinical team
• Model positive social interactions and support coping strategies that reduce challenging behaviors and promote preferred alternatives
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment while following individual support plans and organizational guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and supervisors to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions across settings
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations using approved intervention techniques and documentation procedures

What We're Looking For

• Registered Behavior Technician certification or demonstrated eligibility and willingness to complete required training promptly
• Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental, intellectual, or behavioral needs in residential, day, or community settings
• Strong observational skills, accurate record-keeping habits, and the ability to follow written plans without deviation
• Excellent verbal and written communication for clear hand-offs, data logs, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Physical capacity to assist with transfers, escorts, and community access activities as required for on-site work at Fallbrook - 1060 Morro Rd
