Position Summary

As a Delivery Specialist - Hub at our Shoreline automotive parts distribution location, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient movement of inventory from our hub to customers and branch locations. You'll manage delivery schedules, track shipments, troubleshoot logistics challenges, and maintain the high service standards our customers expect from Oreillyauto. This hands-on role combines administrative coordination with problem-solving in a warehouse and delivery-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to customers and store locations, optimizing routes and timing
• Track shipments and inventory throughout the delivery pipeline, maintaining accurate records
• Communicate proactively with drivers, stores, and customers to resolve delays or issues
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before dispatch
• Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics and on-time arrival rates
• Support warehouse operations and help maintain organized inventory staging areas
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status, arrival times, and order details

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable to the role
