Position Summary

The Delivery Specialist role is central to ensuring our customers receive their auto parts orders accurately and on schedule. In this full-time position at our Quinlan store, you'll coordinate shipments, manage delivery logistics, and maintain the high service standards that keep Oreillyauto customers coming back. You'll work directly with store operations and customers to guarantee smooth, professional delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize orders for timely dispatch to customer locations
• Coordinate delivery schedules and confirm appointments with customers
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records of all deliveries
• Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packing and labeling before dispatch
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status and windows
• Handle logistics issues and work with management to resolve any delivery delays or concerns
• Assist the Store 01905 team with inventory coordination and customer support as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable using computer systems and logistics software
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to lift and handle parts and packages safely
