Role Overview

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships that keep our operations running efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to operational performance while building expertise in strategic procurement within a global organisation committed to water, hygiene, and energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and sustainability standards
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve optimal pricing and delivery schedules
• Process and manage purchase orders whilst maintaining accurate procurement documentation
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor supplier performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Support cost reduction initiatives and process optimisation across the procurement function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical capabilities
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and industry best practices
