About the Role

As a Service Representative based in Atlanta, Fulton County, you will be the on-the-ground partner who helps customers across hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, commercial, education, and government settings get the most from Ecolab's solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position focused on building dependable, long-term relationships and ensuring every site you support operates efficiently and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, on-site service and support to Ecolab's Institutional customers throughout the Atlanta area.
• Help clients protect their reputations by keeping guests satisfied and operations running smoothly.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships that turn customers into long-term partners.
• Support efficient operations across sectors including hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, commercial, education, and government.
• Act as a reliable point of contact, identifying needs and recommending the right Ecolab solutions.
