Full-Time Merchandise Coordinator

TJX is hiring a Full-Time Merchandise Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI 53221 to join our dynamic store operations team and help drive retail excellence across our location.

What This Role Involves

As a Merchandise Coordinator with TJX, you'll play a key role in managing product flow, organization, and presentation on our sales floor. This full-time position supports our Milwaukee store's mission to deliver exceptional value and selection to our customers. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring our merchandise is well-maintained, properly displayed, and readily available to both shoppers and our sales associates. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact the shopping experience and sales performance at our 53221 location.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise shipments with accuracy and speed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data systems to track stock levels and product locations
• Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and in accordance with TJX guidelines
• Monitor floor inventory, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is priced and labeled correctly
• Coordinate with sales associates to address merchandise questions and resolve out-of-stock or placement issues
• Perform quality control checks to identify and report damaged or defective merchandise
• Support promotional and seasonal initiatives by repositioning merchandise and implementing display changes

• Comfortable with technology, including inventory management systems and point-of-sale platforms

• Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Prior retail, warehouse, or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
