What You'll Do

• Learn meat cutting and preparation techniques under the guidance of skilled mentors
• Handle, store, and package meat products according to food safety and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas and equipment
• Follow proper food safety and temperature control procedures
• Assist with inventory management and product rotation
• Develop proficiency with equipment and tools used in meat preparation
