The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our Framingham team. In this role, you'll develop and deploy automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual processes, and support our mission to deliver critical pharmaceutical and healthcare innovations. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to identify automation needs and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Evaluate automation requirements across processes and recommend targeted solutions
- Implement and test automation frameworks, ensuring quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation infrastructure and deployed solutions
- Document automation configurations, processes, and technical specifications
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing workflows
What You Bring
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or PowerShell
- Experience with automation testing frameworks, scripting, or CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of software development practices and version control
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
