Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other specimens from patients using proper venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Verify patient identity and medical information before specimen collection
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with patients to ensure comfort and compliance
• Clean and maintain phlebotomy equipment and workstations
• Work collaboratively with laboratory and clinical staff

What You Bring

• Current certification as a Phlebotomist (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent recognized credential)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliability and the ability to follow protocols consistently
