Position Summary

The Business Partnering Consultant role is central to how Kone translates business strategy into action. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations that shape decision-making across key business functions. Based in Chennai ITEC/KBS, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and delivery, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and on-the-ground execution.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans
• Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating between departments and stakeholder groups
• Gather and synthesize data to support business case development and decision-making processes
• Monitor progress against business objectives and provide regular performance insights to leadership
• Support change management initiatives and ensure effective organizational alignment

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in business partnering, management consulting, or strategic advisory roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and communicate findings clearly
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in matrix environments and influence across levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of business operations, financial acumen, or process improvement is a plus
