FedEx is seeking an experienced Senior Shared Services Analyst to join our expanding team in Hyderabad, India. This full-time position provides the opportunity to drive operational excellence and deliver strategic support across shared services functions serving the Middle East, India, and South Asia region.

About the Role

As a Senior Shared Services Analyst, you will be responsible for managing critical business processes, supporting financial operations, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units. This role combines analytical rigour with a customer-focused approach to optimise processes, enhance service quality, and support FedEx's operational objectives in Hyderabad and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise shared services processes including finance operations, payroll administration, and general accounting functions
  • Analyse process workflows to identify automation opportunities and recommend system improvements
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Resolve operational issues through root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency
  • Support process mapping, testing, and rollout of new systems and platforms
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training on shared services procedures

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in shared services, finance operations, business process support, or human resources operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, payroll administration, or accounting operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced spreadsheet applications
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information and work independently as well as collaboratively
