Position Summary
Power Digital is a technology-driven growth marketing firm that combines consulting expertise with data intelligence to accelerate revenue for businesses worldwide. We manage billions in media annually through a team of strategists, creative professionals, data analysts, and engineers who challenge conventional marketing approaches. In this Director role, you'll establish and oversee Power Digital's account-based marketing discipline. You'll own everything from initial account selection and intent-based tiering through to final measurement and revenue attribution. Working with our B2B account leadership, you'll translate go-to-market strategies into coordinated ABM campaigns that align paid media, content, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams around the same high-value accounts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive ABM strategy, including account identification, tiering frameworks, and intent signal analysis
- Guide and support Power Digital's Strategy and ABM teams as the primary internal subject matter expert
- Build client-specific ABM audits, playbooks, and strategic roadmaps in collaboration with our B2B Strategy team
- Manage and optimize 6Sense and Demandbase platforms, including scoring models, predictive workflows, and intent data flows
- Convert intent signals and engagement metrics into actionable tiering and triggers for cross-channel campaign teams
- Coordinate ABM execution across SEO, paid media, creative, PR, influencer, and optimization disciplines
- Design ABM measurement frameworks that connect account activity to pipeline development and revenue impact
- Champion the integration of AI technologies to enhance ABM effectiveness and reporting automation
- Leverage Power Digital's proprietary nova platform to strengthen measurement and client reporting
- Conduct ABM strategy presentations and discovery sessions directly with clients
- Coach team members on ABM methodology, platform skills, and best practices
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on B2B marketing or account-based marketing experience (in-house or agency)
- Demonstrated expertise with 6Sense, Demandbase, or comparable ABM and intent data platforms (required)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and their ABM platform integrations
- Deep knowledge of intent data, predictive account scoring, and multi-channel orchestration
- Proven ability to present strategy to clients and facilitate discovery conversations
- Solid project management capability to oversee multiple concurrent ABM programs
- Understanding of client business metrics, sales pipeline mechanics, and ABM's contribution to revenue
- Collaborative mindset and comfort leading across teams without direct reports
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
- Agency background is valued but not required
