Junk Removal Specialist

Join Southwind's team as a Junk Removal Specialist in Chandler, Arizona, working with a leading 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise dedicated to responsible item removal and community service.

Position Summary

This is a full-time field role combining hands-on service delivery with customer-facing sales. You'll work 4-5 shifts weekly, including one weekend day, with shifts ranging from 8-10 hours between 7 AM and 10 PM based on business needs. No prior removal experience is necessary—comprehensive training is provided to build your skills and confidence from day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs on-site and recommend appropriate junk removal solutions
• Present transparent pricing and successfully close sales during customer interactions
• Safely extract, transport, and load unwanted items from homes and businesses
• Operate and navigate commercial trucks throughout Chandler and surrounding areas
• Physically handle and maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance that reflects our brand values
• Participate in ongoing skill-building through recorded training sessions
