The Opportunity
Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group serving Honolulu, is assembling a field sales crew built on integrity, accountability, and genuine growth. In this Sales & Labor position, you'll work outdoors meeting homeowners and business owners, evaluating their junk removal needs, and closing sales on the spot. Your performance directly impacts your paycheck—no caps, no limits. Every day presents different customer challenges and genuine opportunities to sharpen your closing abilities while staying active in the field.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer removal needs and deliver competitive pricing
- Engage customers in conversation and secure sales commitments face-to-face
- Maintain professional, friendly service throughout each job completion
- Load, carry, and transport junk safely and efficiently as part of a coordinated crew
- Represent Southwind with professionalism and reliability on every customer visit
What You Bring
- Minimum one year of sales experience (retail, commission-based, or service backgrounds welcome)
- Strong communication and ability to persuade customers through direct conversation
- Physical strength to repeatedly lift items weighing over 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather or season
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites
- Must be 21 years or older
- Full-time commitment: Monday through Friday, plus rotating Saturday or Sunday availability
