Cherry Picker Operator – Monday – Friday

About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on Cherry Picker Operator to join our Lebanon, TN facility. In this position, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse, managing the movement, retrieval, and organization of merchandise throughout the facility. You'll operate material handling equipment, work with our warehouse management system, and ensure our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. This Monday-to-Friday role offers full-time employment with the opportunity to contribute directly to Fidelitone's operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to move, stack, and position merchandise in storage and staging areas
• Retrieve and pack customer orders accurately throughout the warehouse using our computer-based WMS
• Receive and safely unload inbound shipments, then transport products to designated storage locations
• Build pallets, perform light assembly tasks, and prepare product for shipment
• Sort, wrap, label, and repack merchandise as needed to meet shipment requirements
• Generate bills of lading and shipping manifests for various carriers
• Stage and organize outbound shipments using appropriate carriers, preparing skids for truck and trailer loading
• Load finished orders and shipments into outbound transportation efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with Fidelitone's 5S Standards
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with forklift operation and material handling equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse setting and manage multiple tasks
• Computer literacy for data entry and warehouse management system navigation
• Attention to detail in picking, packing, and inventory documentation
• Physical capability to lift, move, and stack merchandise regularly
• Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness standards
• Reliability for consistent Monday-to-Friday scheduling
