The Opportunity

• Drive sales growth and expand our direct selling network in West Malaysia.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
• Manage a team of direct sellers, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
• Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support sales objectives.
• Regularly review sales performance and provide actionable feedback to team members.
