What This Role Involves

• Collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Writing and editing job postings to ensure they are clear, concise, and attract qualified candidates
• Researching and implementing best practices in SEO for job listings
• Creating and managing content for career pages and social media channels
• Staying updated on industry trends and applying them to our recruitment efforts
• Working closely with the HR team to ensure all job postings meet company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Copywriter or Technical SEO Specialist
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with SEO tools and techniques
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
