About the Role

As a Production Process Operator-3 in our eviscerating and deboning department, you'll operate precision machinery and manage production workflows in a fast-paced food processing environment. This skilled production position requires focus on both efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations. You'll work collaboratively with supervisors and team members, contributing to daily production targets while upholding the safety and quality standards that define Prestage's operations in Camden. This position reports to the production supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor eviscerating and deboning equipment during your shift
• Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols
• Inspect products for quality standards and report defects
• Follow standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions
• Coordinate with production team members to meet daily targets
• Perform equipment cleaning and assist with maintenance tasks
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues to supervisors immediately
