About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager for Integrated Campaigns at PressReader, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of coordinated marketing programmes spanning email, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and public relations. Working cross-functionally with creative, sales, product, and communications teams, you'll ensure consistent brand messaging and optimise campaign performance. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and demands strong project leadership, analytical rigour, and the capacity to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead campaign planning, brief development, media strategy, and budget allocation across all marketing channels
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce on-brand assets and messaging
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships ensuring timely, quality execution
  • Measure campaign performance using analytics platforms; track ROI and key performance indicators
  • Present insights, results, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing technologies
  • Coach junior marketing team members on campaign strategy and execution best practices

Who We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional marketing experience with at least 3 years managing integrated or multi-channel campaigns
  • Demonstrated success launching campaigns that delivered measurable business impact
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and campaign management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
