Position Summary
As a Senior Account Executive at Predoc, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients seeking professional development solutions. You'll manage high-value relationships, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and contribute to our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned client base
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience or equivalent track record in B2B sales
- Proven ability to close large deals and manage complex sales processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
