Senior Consultant

PLANET S.A. is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in Marousi, Attica, Greece. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact consulting solutions to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant at PLANET S.A., you will take on a key advisory role, working across our business to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and strategic advancement. You'll leverage deep expertise in your domain to develop practical solutions, guide decision-making at senior levels, and mentor junior team members. This position combines client-facing advisory work with internal strategic contributions, making it ideal for a seasoned professional ready to elevate their impact and influence within a growing organisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements, translating client needs into actionable strategies and deliverables
• Conduct in-depth analysis, research, and due diligence to support strategic recommendations
• Develop presentations, reports, and frameworks that communicate findings clearly to executive audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of recommendations
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the professional development of team members
• Identify industry trends and competitive insights to inform our strategic direction

Requirements

• Proven track record as a consultant or in a senior advisory role, ideally with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesise complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Project management expertise and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business needs
