Recruiter- International Business Unit

Join PLANET S.A. as a full-time Recruiter supporting our International Business Unit, based in Marousi, Greece. We're building a talented global team and need an experienced recruitment professional to identify, attract, and hire top-tier candidates across our international operations.

What This Role Involves

As a Recruiter for our International Business Unit, you'll drive our talent acquisition strategy for roles spanning multiple countries and business lines. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their evolving talent needs, manage the complete recruitment cycle, and ensure we attract candidates who align with both our immediate requirements and long-term growth vision. This is a hands-on position where you'll balance strategic planning with direct candidate engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and potential
• Manage the full recruitment funnel from posting to offer stage, coordinating with hiring teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external recruitment partners
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay informed about talent market trends and competitive landscape

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an international or multi-location environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, applicant tracking software, and job boards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
