Join Bosch Group as a Quality Team Analyst for the MSE4.3-E área, based in Hatvan, Hungary. This is a full-time remote position where you'll ensure manufacturing excellence and quality standards across our operations.

Role Overview

As a Q-teamer (Quality Team member) supporting the MSE4.3-E production área, you'll be central to maintaining and improving the quality standards that define Bosch's reputation for precision and reliability. Working remotely for our Hatvan facility, you'll combine analytical rigour with practical problem-solving to identify quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and support manufacturing teams in real time.

Core Duties

• Monitor and analyse quality data from production processes to identify deviations and trends
• Conduct root-cause analysis on quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Support the MSE4.3-E team with quality audits, inspections, and testing procedures
• Document findings and maintain quality records in accordance with Bosch standards and regulations
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements
• Track quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Technical training or qualification in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in manufacturing quality control or a similar production environment
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and quality management systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hungarian is a plus
