Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager at BrightEdge, you'll own the entire client journey for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Your focus will be ensuring our customers—including global brands like Microsoft and Visa—realise measurable business value from our platform, with particular emphasis on search marketing analytics outcomes. You'll serve as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to expand adoption and reduce churn whilst building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and strategic guidance
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance analysis, and capability assessments to uncover upsell and retention opportunities
- Develop tailored success plans aligned with each client's search marketing analytics objectives and key performance indicators
- Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure smooth adoption of the BrightEdge platform
- Collaborate with product, technical, and sales teams to address client needs and resolve escalations
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to improve retention
- Become a trusted advisor on industry best practices in SEO, content performance, and digital marketing analytics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of search engine optimisation, digital marketing, or marketing analytics—either through direct experience or demonstrated knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both technical and C-level stakeholders
- Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes for clients
