Senior Account Manager – German

Position Summary

Lead client relationships across the packaging and localisation landscape. You'll manage strategic accounts whilst overseeing project delivery from creative conception through to final artwork and multilingual localisation. This role balances senior account leadership with hands-on project management, requiring a professional who thrives managing complex, international client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Establish and develop strong relationships with clients across packaging and localisation markets
• Guide projects from brief through delivery, ensuring creative output meets client specifications
• Liaise between creative teams, localisation specialists, and clients to coordinate seamless execution
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking accounts, providing bilingual support as required
• Identify growth opportunities and champion service expansion within your existing account base

Requirements

• Experience working as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or Client Services professional in creative industries or related sectors
• Fluent German language abilities (essential for this position)
• Familiarity with packaging design, artwork production, or localisation processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organisational discipline
