Revenue Operations Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B energy platform operating across central Europe. Our client is transforming how industrial and commercial organizations procure and manage their energy supply through an integrated technology solution. This is a critical role supporting their revenue team during a period of rapid expansion.

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and product—enabling deal execution, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing processes that drive commercial growth. You'll be based in their Berlin headquarters and work closely with account executives, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the configure-price-quote process, creating tailored energy proposals based on customer data and requirements
• Analyze deals and pricing structures in collaboration with account executives and sales leadership, identifying exceptions and coordinating necessary approvals
• Own CRM deal management, including accurate phase tracking, product categorization, and revenue recording in HubSpot or Salesforce
• Review and validate contracts for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with client specifications
• Support pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and strategic sales planning initiatives
• Identify process improvements and inefficiencies, driving continuous optimization of revenue operations workflows

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail—you notice data anomalies and investigate root causes systematically
• Structured problem-solving approach; you find solutions even when the problem isn't clearly defined
• Clear written communication skills and comfort collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Exceptional eye for detail—missing dates, inconsistent metrics definitions, and data gaps don't escape your notice
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn new systems quickly is essential
• Self-directed work style with strong initiative and goal orientation
• Fluency in German and English required for this Berlin-based position
• Background in energy sector is a plus but not mandatory
