About This Opportunity
We are representing a global B2B appointment-setting firm that specializes in launching new client campaigns across 50+ industries. This is a high-impact SDR role focused exclusively on pilot-stage accounts—the critical first three months where proof of concept is everything.
You'll join a structured intake pod built around client success: an Account Strategist owns strategy, while Delivery, Content, Research, and Email Deliverability specialists handle the technical execution. Your mission is pure conversion—turning cold calls and inbound replies into booked meetings that prove the model works.
You'll manage 3–4 brand-new client projects simultaneously, running high-volume outbound calling via power dialer and personally handling every reply from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because these accounts have zero history, every meeting you book in the first weeks carries outsized weight.
Responsibilities
Cold Calling
- Run outbound calling campaigns via power dialer across multiple pilot-stage client projects simultaneously—every account brand-new with no warm pipeline to inherit
- Handle objections live and steer conversations toward confirmed appointments, not just script completion
- Track connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion; flag performance issues to your Account Strategist before patterns form—with only three months per pilot, slow weeks cannot go unaddressed
Reply Management—Email & LinkedIn
- Personally own every reply from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns—respond within 4–8 working hours, handle objections in writing, and nurture prospects through to confirmed meetings
- Schedule appointments and share meeting details with the team
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics across all projects—connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate—as your own performance indicators
- Provide structured feedback to Research, Content, and Email Deliverability teams so lead quality and messaging actually improve week-over-week
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and deliver weekly recaps your Account Strategist can act on immediately
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outbound SDR experience with demonstrated cold calling success
- Fluent English—written and spoken—comfortable working across US and European time zones
- Metrics-driven: you actively track dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to move them
- Strong objection handling skills with a consistent track record of converting conversations into next steps
- Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record and managing multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without sacrificing quality or pace
- Reliable CRM discipline and structured follow-up across all open threads
- Self-starting and proactive—you maintain momentum without external pressure
