We are representing a confidential loyalty marketing organization seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their award-winning contact center team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting major brand loyalty programs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our client's contact center has been nationally recognized for outstanding customer service and operates with industry-leading technology, including AI-powered tools that help representatives deliver smarter, faster, and more personalized support.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, adhering to loyalty program guidelines to deliver superior experiences
• Become knowledgeable in client loyalty programs, products, and services to effectively support callers
• Take ownership of customer issues, working towards timely resolutions and de-escalating calls when necessary
• Utilize internal systems and AI-powered agent assist tools proficiently while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
• Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach in all communications, acting with integrity and professionalism
• Stay informed on program updates, enhancements, and promotions to provide accurate support
• Meet key performance goals including customer satisfaction, call quality, and contractual obligations
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly according to established procedures
• Provide feedback to enhance customer interactions and improve workflows
• Collaborate with team leaders, coaches, and peers to maintain alignment and support

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with consistent professional demeanor
• Reliable and flexible with availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed
• Must complete a 6-week remote training program with full attendance and engagement
• Adequate work-from-home setup with quiet office space and high-speed internet connection
• Location Requirement: Must reside full-time in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week with set shifts assigned after training. Weekend availability required.

Pay

The client offers $17/hour starting pay with performance-based bonuses of up to $350/month, bringing potential total earnings to approximately $19/hour.
