Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Team Leader for their fulfillment operations in Bergkamen, North Rhine-Westphalia. In this role, you will be the driving force behind daily warehouse operations, leading a team of 20+ warehouse associates through coaching, motivation, and hands-on support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring your team of warehouse staff, serving as their primary point of contact and fostering their professional development
• Collaborating closely with other team leaders and shift management to proactively manage fulfillment center processes and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensuring all orders leave the facility on time, safely, and meeting quality standards while maintaining composure during high-pressure situations
• Contributing ideas for process optimization and encouraging your team to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing operations across two shifts (6:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour work week

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with either a completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field, OR a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory position within logistics operations.

Additional requirements include:

• Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency to communicate effectively in an international team environment
• Flexibility to work two-shift rotations including Saturdays
• A hands-on approach and genuine passion for working with people
• Ability to motivate teams and maintain operational excellence under pressure
