Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization operating in the Heidelberg region. As Teamleiter Logistik, you will serve as the operational heart of daily fulfillment operations, leading a dynamic team through every shift.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ warehouse associates daily. You are their primary point of contact, maintaining an open-door policy while actively fostering their professional development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team leaders and shift management to proactively steer warehouse processes and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all orders leave the facility on time, safely, and meeting quality standards. Maintain composure and project calm even during high-pressure situations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and collaborate with leadership to continuously optimize logistics workflows. Encourage your team to think critically and actively participate in improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Alternatively, minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory role within logistics operations
• Fluent German and good English skills to communicate effectively in an international team environment
• Flexibility to work two-shift rotation (6:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour work week
• Passion for working with people and willingness to roll up your sleeves alongside your team
