Pflichtpraktikum Automatisierung und KI-Agenten im Recruiting (m/w/d) · Berlin, teils remote · 4 bis 6 Monate

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting firm serving the real estate sector in Berlin. The organization operates an in-house automation platform that sources, evaluates, and engages candidates across multiple mandates, supported by a knowledge base and AI agent infrastructure.

You will build AI agents to automate tasks currently done manually: transforming interview notes into candidate dossiers, converting client briefings into mandate files, creating monitoring routines that flag when data processes have stalled, and handling scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.

You will refine text generation quality. Outreach messages to candidates currently sound machine-generated. The root causes have been documented; implementing improvements is open work with significant impact.

You will close gaps in the existing system: replacing estimated travel times with actual data, adding validation checks before imports, and building acceptance tests that run before each release.

You will verify everything you build. In this environment, errors can be invisible—a calculation column may silently stop working while the interface displays completion. Testing behavior after implementation is the single non-negotiable rule.

You will work directly with the founder, with no intermediary layers or alignment meetings.

What We're Looking For

You have built something that worked. A script, an automation workflow, a tool powered by AI—something that solved a problem for someone other than yourself. Show us; that matters more than grades.

Working with Claude and similar tools, you are comfortable with JSON and REST APIs, and you write small scripts in JavaScript or Python.

You write clean German and can recognize when a sentence sounds machine-generated.

You have the habit of checking whether a change was actually implemented, rather than trusting success messages.

Your field of study is secondary. No prior knowledge of real estate or recruiting is required, though it is helpful.

This is a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for 4 to 6 months, based in Berlin with partial remote work.
