About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential experience analytics organization seeking a Senior Strategic Consultant to join their Professional Services team in Germany. Our client helps enterprise organizations understand and optimize digital customer journeys through data-driven insights and strategic consulting.

As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will be a client-facing advisor delivering strategic, analytical, and enablement services to enterprise customers. You will combine consulting expertise, project management, and digital analytics knowledge to help customers understand their digital experience, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will work across two engagement types: one-off consulting missions (analysis, workshops, training) and managed-services engagements where you act as delivery owner and project manager for ongoing customer relationships. You will operate as a trusted advisor to customer teams at all levels, from operational stakeholders to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of strategic consulting and analytics engagements from discovery through completion
• Serve as primary operational contact for services being delivered to customers
• Define project objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
• Lead managed-services engagements as delivery owner and project manager
• Maintain proactive service roadmaps identifying the right missions, workshops, analyses, and enablement activities for each customer
• Coordinate work of Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, Training Consultants, and other specialists
• Analyze digital experience data and translate findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver analyses, executive readouts, workshops, and training sessions
• Help customers define use cases, measurement approaches, prioritization frameworks, and roadmaps
• Assess data collection, tagging plans, data quality, and measurement frameworks
• Facilitate discussions with operational teams, analytics teams, technical stakeholders, and senior leaders
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers who own the broader partnership
• Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and delivery progress
• Proactively identify risks such as declining adoption, missed milestones, or limited platform use
• Contribute to reusable consulting methods, frameworks, templates, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, digital consulting, professional services, or similar customer-facing advisory roles
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from discovery through delivery
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including ability to lead workshops and executive discussions
• Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills with ability to frame ambiguous challenges clearly
• Practical experience with digital analytics, business intelligence, conversion optimization, or customer experience analytics
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Understanding of tagging plans, data collection, data quality, measurement frameworks, and data structures
• Ability to interpret data, develop analyses, and communicate implications and recommendations clearly
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work independently across a changing mix of one-off missions and recurring managed-services engagements
• Practical curiosity about artificial intelligence, data flows, data warehouses, APIs, and modern digital analytics ecosystems
• Full professional fluency in French and English, including ability to lead customer conversations, workshops, and presentations in French
• Availability to work during French or Central European business hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and team meetings
