About This Role

We are representing a confidential marketing services agency in Berlin that specializes in design execution and production. Our client works with creative agencies and marketing departments, taking projects from creative concept through to technical implementation with precision and craftsmanship.

This is a full-time position for a Graphic Designer with strong layout and design skills. You'll work on developing compelling layouts based on client brand guidelines, adapting designs across formats and media, and ensuring production-ready files meet technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive layouts based on client corporate design guidelines and creative direction
• Adapt existing layouts for different formats and media while maintaining brand consistency
• Execute technical artwork and ensure files are production-ready for various output methods
• Perform typesetting, final artwork, image editing, and pre-press preparation
• Work within corporate design frameworks while identifying and utilizing creative opportunities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Handle client revisions professionally and maintain quality through multiple feedback rounds

What We're Looking For

• Extensive professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Media Designer, ideally in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout creation, design adaptation, and final artwork skills
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual language
• Ability to develop independent design solutions within client brand guidelines and technical requirements
• Strong attention to detail and passion for technical precision
• Understanding of technical specifications for print, digital, and various production workflows
• Team player with strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle fast-paced workflows and changing production schedules
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
