About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential social media agency based in Mainz, Germany, specializing in creator management and brand partnerships. Our talent team is searching for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join their growing operation serving the DACH region (Germany and Austria).

This is a remote-friendly role for someone who lives and breathes social platforms, stays ahead of trends, and thrives on coordinating high-impact creator campaigns. If you have a proven track record in influencer marketing and want to work with leading creators while enjoying the flexibility of remote work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns with full ownership
• Coordinate all aspects of creator partnerships including rate negotiations, briefing creation, and content approval workflows
• Advise and support advertising clients on creator selection and campaign strategy
• Develop campaign timelines, ensure content quality standards, and deliver detailed performance reports
• Provide 1:1 management support for assigned creators within the talent roster
• Collaborate closely with internal team members across projects

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable influencer marketing or creator management position
• Successfully completed degree in business, communications, or marketing (or equivalent qualification)
• Alternative: professional training or certification as a Social Media Manager
• Expert-level knowledge of social platforms and influencer marketing best practices
• Highly structured, precise, and independent working style
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Creative, self-motivated, reliable, and engaged approach to work
• Available to start immediately or by November 2026 at the latest
