About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Berlin that is building transformative investment solutions across both B2B and B2C markets. Our talent team is seeking a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives.

This is an immediate-start internship opportunity for up to 3 months, ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll gain direct exposure to product development, strategic partnerships, and business development in the German fintech sector.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders and management on strategic initiatives spanning product development, partnerships, and business development
• Drive projects end-to-end including preparing analyses, building decision frameworks, and pushing implementation forward
• Initiate and manage B2B partnerships with brands and companies, owning the process from initial outreach through execution
• Leverage AI tools to analyze data and automate processes, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Prepare materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Economics, Management, or related field
• Seeking an internship for up to 3 months as part of your studies
• Ideally, prior experience from startup, consulting, business development, or comparable environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset with structured, fast-paced work style
• Confident using AI tools or eager to develop expertise in this area
• Strong desire to learn rapidly and willingness to take on responsibility from day one
• German language proficiency required; based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
