UGC Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential direct-to-consumer brand seeking a UGC Manager to join their remote team. This role is ideal for a creator acquisition specialist who understands performance marketing and can build pipelines that deliver ad-ready content at scale.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit high-performing UGC creators across social platforms
• Post creator opportunities and source talent on an ongoing basis
• Communicate with creators and maintain strong working relationships
• Review and filter creators to ensure content quality standards
• Assess which creators align with brand voice and paid advertising goals
• Organize and manage the complete UGC pipeline from initial outreach to final content delivery
• Maintain organized systems for creator content, communications, and deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in UGC coordination, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management
• Background specifically within DTC or eCommerce environments
• Strong understanding of what makes creator content effective in paid advertising
• Track record managing creators with focus on content performance and ad results, not just relationships
• Comfortable executing high-volume creator outreach and sourcing campaigns
• Ability to evaluate talent critically and reject candidates who don't meet quality standards
• Excellent pipeline and project management skills from outreach through delivery
• Experience ensuring creator deliverables are completed on schedule
