Client Success Coordinator – STEMAI

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential life sciences technology organization in their search for a Client Success Coordinator. This newly created role sits at the intersection of implementation, stakeholder management, and operational excellence, ensuring clients navigate complex approval processes efficiently from pilot agreement through to successful launch.

Based in London with hybrid working from Holborn Gate, you'll coordinate approval activities across technical, legal, commercial, and compliance teams, acting as the central point of contact for clients as they complete their internal governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client approval activities to drive pilot commitment and implementation readiness
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout the implementation approval journey
• Manage questionnaires, security assessments, and due diligence requests from client organizations
• Coordinate responses from technical, legal, compliance, commercial, and operational subject matter experts
• Track milestones, manage deadlines, and proactively identify and resolve blockers
• Prepare high-quality responses using existing knowledge libraries and previous submissions
• Maintain and continually improve the central repository of approved responses and documentation
• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and escalate risks where required
• Identify opportunities to streamline approval processes and enhance the client experience
• Support successful pilot launches by ensuring approvals are completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

• Experience in client success, implementation, project coordination, PMO, or programme management
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Highly collaborative approach with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience within AI, healthcare, or life sciences is advantageous but not essential
