Wir vertreten einen innovativen Technologiekunden mit Produktionsstandort in Fürstenfeldbruck. Unser Talent-Team sucht einen Quality Assurance Spezialisten (m/w/d), der mit technischem Verständnis, Qualitätsbewusstsein und strukturierter Arbeitsweise zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards beiträgt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen sowie Erstellung und Optimierung von Prüfanweisungen für mechanische Bauteile
- Analyse interner und externer Reklamationen, Ableitung geeigneter Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Nachverfolgung deren Wirksamkeit
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Qualitätskriterien, Test- und Prüfverfahren sowie Unterstützung bei der Freigabe neuer Produktionsprozesse
- Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung gängiger Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, 8D-Reports, Ishikawa und Ursachenanalysen
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Produktqualität
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Qualitätsstandards, Prozesse und Dokumentationsanforderungen
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium bzw. eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3–5 Jahre) in der Qualitätssicherung sowie erste Kenntnisse der DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- Analytisches und qualitätsorientiertes Denken sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe technische Zusammenhänge
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Qualitätstechniken und -methoden wie FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa oder Ursachenanalyse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Umgang mit JIRA
