GEO & AI Search Consultant (f/m/d) German-speaking

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential affiliate marketing organization seeking a German-speaking GEO & AI Search Consultant for a two-year fixed-term contract in Berlin or München. In this role, you will help leading brands improve their visibility across AI-powered search environments, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging generative platforms.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing GEO strategies to improve client visibility across AI-powered search environments, AI assistants, and emerging generative platforms
• Onboarding new GEO clients and supporting the successful adoption of GEO methodology, tools, and reporting frameworks
• Analyzing AI visibility, citation sources, sentiment, Share of Voice (SOV), and ranking performance using GEO monitoring tools such as Peec AI
• Translating performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations and implementation of media plans for clients
• Managing GEO campaign budgets and investment allocations, working closely with Client Services teams to develop data-driven budget recommendations
• Monitoring GEO performance, identifying trends, and proactively recommending opportunities to improve
• Creating client-facing reports, presentations, case studies, and performance reviews
• Delivering GEO recommendations and implementation guidance during regular client meetings and business reviews
• Supporting strategic new business opportunities and client pitches by providing GEO analysis, insights, and recommendations
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Client Services, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery of GEO initiatives
• Contributing to the development of GEO playbooks, processes, best practices, and training materials
• Sharing GEO knowledge across the business through internal training sessions and workshops

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related client-facing consulting role
• Understanding of the affiliate market and landscape is an advantage
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, authority-building strategies, and organic search performance
• Knowledge of AI search, Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and generative search trends
• Experience working with SEO, analytics, AI visibility, or performance monitoring platforms, ideally including Peec AI or similar solutions
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and convert insights into practical recommendations and action plans
• Experience managing client relationships including budget allocation and presenting performance results and recommendations to stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer-facing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable way
• Excellent German and English language skills
