Extra Réceptionnaire marchandises – Soho House Paris H/F

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization in Paris seeking an Extra Réceptionnaire marchandises to support the daily operations of their goods receiving department.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with integrating new supplier accounts into inventory management software
• Ensure compliance with receiving procedures, including verification of goods, stock management, and inventory control
• Process requisitions from receipt through delivery to the appropriate department and record transactions in the system
• Create purchase orders in the inventory software for each department
• Record purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices in the system
• Prepare purchase requests and participate in delivery planning
• Maintain tracking of all products received and issued from stock
• Listen to departmental needs and communicate special requests or complaints to management
• Collaborate closely with suppliers while maintaining integrity
• Manage the organization, cleanliness, safety, and security of the storage area and loading dock
• Oversee the overall goods management for the establishment

• Previous experience in storekeeping, goods receiving, or a similar role
• Versatility, rigor, and methodical approach to work
• Strong anticipation and planning skills
• Team player mindset
• Comfort with computer systems and inventory software
